Setting Up Your Machine
When your scent machine arrives, you can set it up on the floor, on a table or shelf, or mount it on a wall. To avoid oil spills, be careful that the machine is not placed where it can be easily tipped over. The machine should have good airflow around it. For best results, place the machine halfway between the front and back of the room you wish to scent.
Adding Oil to Your Machine
Your machine comes with a key. Once the machine is in place, use the key to open the door of the machine. The bottle and diffuser will slide out together. Screw off the diffuser head and fill the bottle with the oil. Replace the diffuser head and reinstall the bottle in the machine.
Powering On
The machine can be powered by either three D batteries or with the power adaptor. Once the machine has oil and power, open the app. You should see your location’s name or the unit’s identification number. Click on the name or code. It will ask for a password which is 8888. Once you’ve logged in, you can adjust the start and stop times and the scent level.
Adjusting Start and Stop Times
We recommend a start time of 15-30 min before opening. Once you’ve selected your times, click on each day you want that program to run (green means scheduled, gray not). If you want another schedule, just press the + sign. You can program up to 5 schedules.

We recommend starting at level 1 or 2. Let the machine run for 15 min or so before deciding if you want it stronger.
Renaming Your Device
You can also rename the device if you want. Just click on the name and edit.
Ongoing Maintenance
The average user gets 3 to 4 months’ worth of scent before needing an oil refill. However, depending on your settings, your use can vary quite a bit. While we will send you periodic reminders, be sure to check your levels often, especially in the beginning, and contact us to order a refill before you run out.
